Whether your project is a renovation, a smaller job, or a new build, we’ll finalize the details by discussing the best contract option for you—whether it’s a fixed price or charge-up. We’ll explain how each option could impact your project. Once we agree on the contract terms, including payment details and timelines, we’ll secure your project with a 5% non-refundable deposit. Then, we’ll be ready to move forward into the construction stage, ensuring everything is set for a smooth build.

As construction begins, our Director, Matt—who is a qualified Carpenter and Licensed Building Practitioner—will personally manage your project. Matt will keep you informed with regular updates and site meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from material orders to site safety. With a strong focus on quality, we use custom checklists to ensure all details meet our high standards. Whether it’s a small job or a larger project, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional results with precision and care.

Once construction is complete, we’ll conduct a final inspection with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. After your approval, we’ll hand over the completed project—whether it’s a renovation, a small job, or a new build—and provide you with a comprehensive warranty for your peace of mind.
