We build across North West Auckland, including Kumeu, Riverhead, Waimauku and Coatesville, and right along the North Shore from Takapuna to Torbay. We are a local, family-owned team, so you deal directly with the owner-builders who live and work in the area, not a call centre.
Is Parris Builds a licensed building company?
Yes. Parris Builds is owned and run by Licensed Building Practitioners, so every project is carried out or supervised by an LBP and backed by a 10-year guarantee under the Building Act. That legal protection is something an unlicensed builder cannot offer, and it is a large part of why homeowners choose us.
What types of building work do you do?
We handle custom new builds, renovations, extensions and alterations, and decks and outdoor living, from a single deck through to a full architectural home. Whatever the project, you get the same licensed, owner-direct team and the same standard of finish.
